- Loud for everyone to hear.
- They allowed people to add a real person as a contact.

- Slow down the pace.
- We should have transferred computer to PC.
- Hard to accommodate to everyone.
- It would have helped if everyone was on the same device.
-walk around more to make sure people are doing what they should be doing. That they are not left behind
